FAULTY/ARRIVED DAMAGED
For items that arrived faulty/damaged. These must be reported to us within 30 days of delivery (or longer if purchased during the Christmas Extended Returns Policy Window). After 30 days it can be booked in for repair under the 12-month warranty, using the Warranty Repair Form (see below)
UNWANTED / DON'T LIKE
If you no longer want an item or simply don't like it, you have the right to cancel the purchase without having to give a reason at any time within the "cooling off period" of 14 working days, beginning on the day after you receive the goods (or longer if purchased during the Christmas Extended Returns Policy Window). Goods must be returned to us in immaculate condition
WARRANTY REPAIR
If you have a faulty item which is outside of the 30 day return window for faulty items, but within the 12 month standard warranty, use this form to book a free repair
