Returns for items arrived Faulty/Damaged
If your item has arrived damaged or faulty, you have 30 days (or longer if purchased during the Christmas Extended Returns Policy Window) from the date you received it, to report it to us and return for a refund or replacement. After 30 days it can be booked in for repair under the 12 month warranty, using the Warranty Repair Form
Please complete the form below to start your return. Once received our team will email you within 2 working days with a pre-paid return label.
Please box everything up as securely as possible including all of your mics, cables & accessories and follow the instructions in the email to return your item.
**Please ensure the item is packaged securely with sufficient packaging to protect it, if the item is received back damaged due to insufficient packaging the return may be rejected**
Once received back we aim to get your repaired/replacement item sent to you, or refund issued within 7 days.
