If your item has developed a fault within 12 months of purchase but you are outside of the 30 days return window (or longer if purchased during the Christmas Extended Returns Policy Window), use this form to book in a free Warranty Repair
Please fill in the form below then send the goods back to the following address ensuring you include a print-out of the form inside the box (you can download a pdf copy of the form after you click submit). If you don't have a printer please download the form and make note of your "Return Number" at the top of the page, then write this clearly on the outside of the box when you return your item.

Goods are to be returned at your own expense, we recommend using a parcel broker website such as PARCELHERO, as the booking process is very simple and much cheaper than taking your parcel to the post office. Once received we will check the item, fix the fault and return to you free of charge.
If the fault found is down to misuse it will not be covered under warranty, in which case we will contact you with a quote to repair. Please box everything up as securely as possible with sufficient packaging to protect it, if an item gets damaged in transit back to us, this is also not covered under warranty and the repair may be rejected.
Once received back we aim to get your repaired item returned to you within 7 days.
