Important Update: Fine-Tuning Your NEON Experience
A Quick Fix for the Perfect Sound
At NEON, we strive for perfection, but we realized our default microphone settings didn’t quite hit the high notes. Out of the box, the microphones may arrive with the volume and echo set a bit too high.
While we have a permanent software fix below, you can balance your sound in just 10 seconds with these manual adjustments:

Lower the Volume: Press the Volume Down button (2nd from top) three times on each microphone.

Adjust the Echo: Press the Echo button (2nd from bottom) once on either microphone. This will automatically update the settings for the entire system.
Permanent Software Update
To permanently set your microphones to their optimum levels so you don't have to adjust them every time, please follow these simple steps to update your firmware:

Download: Click the link below to download the update file.

Prepare USB: Copy the file onto an empty USB stick. Ensure the file is saved in the root directory (not inside a folder).

Install: Turn on your NEON and insert the USB stick.

Confirm: Wait approximately 20 seconds. You will hear a confirmation tone, and the NEON will automatically revert to Bluetooth mode. Your update is now complete!
Pro Tip: If you turn the microphones off and back on and notice they have reverted to the old settings, simply turn off the microphones, power the NEON unit off and then back on, and the new "sweet spot" settings will be restored.
